Cravero Labs is a brand of Cravero Robotics LLC (“we”). This page explains what we collect when you use craverolabs.com and the inventions published under it, and what we do with it.
Inventions that listen or watch do it on your own phone. Sound and video never leave your home unless you choose to send them to us (for example, by uploading a video to an invention that edits it). We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it to train models.
Our inventions are bought and set up by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Photos or recordings of children that an adult uploads are used only to produce what was ordered and are deleted within 30 days.
Account and purchase records: as long as needed for the service and the law. Usage data of an invention: 30 days unless the invention says otherwise. Uploaded media: 30 days. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Only the providers needed to run the service: payment (Stripe, Apple, Google), email delivery, hosting. Each is bound to use the data only for us.
You can ask what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to hello@craverolabs.com.
